Every Saturday we open our kitchen up for free tastings of the curries that we have been cooking that week.
No need to book just pop a long to Ebbsfleet Farm, between Ramsgate and Sandwich, just outside of the village of Minster and the turning opposite Bay Point Leisure Centre. Just follow the orange signs!
This week on our delicious taster menu we have:
- Chicken Dopiaza – Medium
A typical Indian-home style curry. A tomato based curry with black cardamom, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, fresh mint and coriander. A really well rounded curry with depth and freshness at the same time.
- Beef & Apricot – Mild (DF)
A deliciously sweet and rich curry with a hint of Morocco, full of goodness with ground almonds, apricots, cinnamon, paprika and tomatoes.
- Jaipuri Lamb – Medium
A rich and aromatic curry, with black and green cardamom, spices, tomatoes, cream and fresh coriander.
- Keralan Fish – Medium (DF)
Fragrant and fresh, cooked with green cardamom, plenty of ginger, cherry tomatoes, fresh lime zest and coconut milk.
- Butternut Squash & Green Bean (special) – Mild (DF), (VE)
A tasty South Indian curry with real depth of flavour, cooked with curry leaves, spices, coconut milk and a dash of lemon juice.
- Dhal & Spinach – Mild (VE)
An Earthy Dhal cooked with whole spices, cinnamon, fresh spinach and tomatoes.
- Gobi Aloo – Mild (DF) (VE)
A classic Northern dish of cauliflower & potatoes, coated in spices to give a subtle flavour.
- Kerala Vegetables – Medium (DF) (V) (VE)
A South Indian curry with a kick! Seasonal vegetables with coconut milk, plenty of red chillies, curry leaves, tamarind and tomatoes.
