Welcome to the home of The Chai Stop Award-winning curries. Hand made in Kent this truly authentic range of individually prepared curries, each with it's own distinctive blend of spices, is cooked using the finest of locally sourced produce.
Since 1999 Tina & Isobel have been perfecting their curries, inspired by Tina's travels in India and a treasured hand-written book of recipes from Isobels Grandmother - a cook for a boarding school in the foothills of the himalayas. Together with a small team in their purpose built kitchen they now produce a range of over 40 distictive and delicious curries in their kitchen at Ebbsfleet Farm, Minster.
All of The Chai Stop curries are wheat & gluten free and cooked using Extra virgin cold pressed Rapeseed oil from the nearby Quex Park Estate. Incredibly, the fresh coriander is grown locally at Walmestone Growers, who also provide fresh red peppers, aubergine & courgettes for the Chai Stops range of summer 'Seasonal' curries as well as fresh spinach all year round - and all pesticide free! Winter vegetables from local farms are used in our favourite winter-warmers such as Leek & Potatoes, Cauliflower & Ginger and Cabbage with Coconut and Curry Leaves - and new recipes are being introduced all the time!
Customers can buy direct from The Chai Stop kitchen in Minster, or have their order delivered for free through-out East Kent.
