Every Saturday we open our kitchen and invite people to taste a selection of curries we’ve cooked that week.
There are usually four curry tasters available, two meat and two vegetarian or vegan. You will also be offered a taste of our authentic spicy tomato chutney and mini pappadum to scoop up each taster.
Tasting sessions are completely free and you are welcome every week if you wish! No need to book, just turn up between 11am and 4pm.
Our shop will be open for you to stock up on any frozen curries or sauces.
This week on the free taster menu –
Meti Butter Chicken – Mild – Layered with flavour, toasted fenugreek, butter, lemon juice and cashew nuts, for a truly moreish curry.
Red Thai Chicken – Medium – (DF) The taste of Thailand, vibrant, zingy, light and fresh all in one dish, with plenty of lemongrass, fresh lime, red chillies and coconut milk.
Chickpea Curry – Mild – (DF) (V) (VE) A hearty, satisfying dish, cooked with coconut milk, spices, garlic and tomatoes.
Mediterranean Vegetable – Mild – (DF) (V) (VE) The taste of summer, Indian Style. Courgettes, sweet red pepper and cherry tomatoes cooked with turmeric, whole spices and fresh coriander.
