Living in the Garden of England has to have some benefits, right? With so many wonderful growers and suppliers on our door step we always try to make the most of the delicious vegetables available to us each season, so much so our Vegan specials board has gone a little crazy!

Cabbage & Potatoes with Cinnamon – Mild
A deliciously comforting combination with turmeric, green chilli and fresh coriander.
Red Thai Vegetable Curry – Medium
So light, refreshing and colourful. A mixture of vegetables with a subtle crunch, cooked with coconut milk, lemon grass, fresh limes, kaffir lime leaves and chillies.
Cauliflower & Ginger – Medium
A fresh tasting curry with plenty of ginger, coriander and lemon juice.
Leek & Potato – Mild
A winning combination of leek and potato cooked with spices and coconut milk infused with cinnamon for a creamy, warming winter dish.
Purple Sprouting Broccoli & Sweet Potato – Mild
Rich and full of flavour, cooked in a wonderful homemade Chai Stop curry paste.
Kerala Vegetables – Hot
A South Indian curry with a kick! Seasonal vegetables with coconut milk, plenty of red chillies, curry leaves, tamarind and tomatoes.
Gujarati Potato – Hot
A light, almost mashed, potato curry with mustard seeds, red chilli, lemon juice and fresh coriander.

Mushrooms and spinach with Sri Lankan spices in a deliciously moreish coconut broth.
